LS20-S 9-Channel NoBounce IC – SOIC

$3.99

The LS20 is a 9-channel IC offered in a 20-pin, 300 mil wide PDIP (LS20-P) or a 300 mil wide SOIC (LS20-S) package.

The LS10 series of LogiSwitch debounce integrated circuits incorporates LogiSwitch’s
proprietary NoBounce™ technology and provides a low-impedance 25ma totem-pole output for
each channel. Outputs are active low, the same polarity as the inputs. This series of debounce
devices offers a very high level of noise immunity due to the NoBounce technology. Noise
spikes of less than 20ms duration are precluded from starting a cycle with the LS10 series.
Noise loves switches connected to a PCB with wires.

The input of each channel has an internal pull-up resistor, so the SPST switch interface requires
just one pin (NO or COM) tied to ground and the other to a channel input of the device. All
outputs are delayed for a period of 20ms + bounce time on both activation and release
regardless of the duration of bounce time.
